Built to high specification on a hill-side of Pegeia offering this way breathtaking sea and countryside views of Coral Bay. Located on the outskirts of Pegeia Village offers both quite location, and strategic location when it comes to reaching central points and amenities of Pegeia, Paphos and the nearby attractions.

Completed in Autumn 2005, the open-plan living areas are well furnished and fully equipped with all modern conveniences including washing machine, refrigerator etc, as well as many luxury extras, such as TV , swimming pool e.t.c. The large swimming pool is set behind the property, taking advantage of breathtaking views of the sea view of Coral Bay, and there is also a roof garden up the top. Ample sun beds are provided, as well as large table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Private parking on the side of the villa and the pool being 2 levels down on the hill-side nest, are assuring your privacy.

Pegeia is a beautiful, quiet, known for it's touristic development village near the South coast of Paphos from where you will find many orchards, deserted beaches and the pretty touristic area of Coral Bay is just a 5 minute drive. Paphos town centre is within 20 minutes drive.

The villa was fully completed in Autumn 2005, and we highly recommend booking this superb villa early so as to avoid disappointment.
