Agathi and Stella Villas
The Villa
A delight full 3-bedroom and 3 bathroom villa situated on a gill
looking down to the sea. Both villas are fully equipped and
provided all the main facilities. Each villa has its own private
swimming pool and garden. They are situated on a plot of land
approximately 12000m2 surrounded by mature gardens, lemon trees
orange trees and other plants.
Villas are located in Polis Chrysochous area in Argaka village
which is considered to by one of the most attractive regions in
Cyprus.
It offers an enviable combination of beautiful natural
environment of sea and mountains. The nearest town Polis
Chrysochous is only 5 minutes away and the nearest beach only 2
minutes away.
Bedrooms with W/C
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs.
Upstairs bedroom has a double bed, the other has 2 beds of 3'6''
and the downstairs bedroom also has a double bed. A baby cot is
also available at the villa.
The 2 bedrooms upstairs has en-suite bathrooms with WC bath and
shower attachment and washbasin.
The downstairs bedroom has the same facilities as the other but
is not en-suite, so it can also be used for that bedroom or can
be shared.
Dining Room
There is adequate seating for all quests.
Living Room - Lounge:
One triple sofa, One double sofa, One armchair, Coffee tables
Swimming Pool
Private swimming pool 5x10m with 1 ladder, also 6 sun-beds and 2
umbrellas.
We maintain and clean the pool every 2-3 days or when necessary.
Air-conditioners & Heating
There are 3 Air-Conditioning units for cooling and heating each
bedroom.
The use of Air-conditioning/heating units are optional and are
charged extra with an additional cost of 3.00 Cyprus Pounds per
day per unit.
You may select on request any number of units when you arrive at
the villa

downstairs.
Hi-fi system with CD player, cassette player and radio.
Garden:
There is a beautiful garden with grass.
Balconies, Verandas & Garden area:
There are sea view balconies and verandas accessed by any
bedroom.
The area of garden and swimming pool has sea and mountain view.
